Using knowledge and experience gained pursuing fraudulent transfer, we successfully have obtained preliminary injunctions, monetary judgments and court ordered unwinding of improper transfers.

We attempt to resolve these disputes by negotiating an agreement that allows the parties to work towards a mutual resolution.
